Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FounderStack, we take pride in the quality of our templates and toolkits. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations for our digital products.

1. Cancellation Policy

Since FounderStack provides instant digital access to downloadable files upon payment, "cancellation" of an order is technically not possible once the files have been delivered/downloaded.

However, you can treat your order as "cancelled" by requesting a refund under our 30-Day Guarantee policy mentioned above.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to support@darion.in.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
3. Briefly explain why the product didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve).

3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI).
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing speed.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after 7 days:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
